WSA partnered on a series of projects across multiple properties to reposition aging and underutilized buildings for long-term commercial use. Each site presented different physical constraints, but all shared a common objective: maximize the value of the existing structure while improving usability, daylight access, and adaptability.
Interventions focused on targeted architectural upgrades rather than wholesale replacement. Interior layouts were reworked to support a range of tenant configurations, while building systems and circulation were modernized to meet contemporary expectations. Exterior improvements strengthen each building’s relationship to the street and surrounding context without erasing its original character.
Taken together, the projects demonstrate an approach to redevelopment that prioritizes flexibility, durability, and reinvestment in the existing urban fabric.
