Working in collaboration with planning and landscape architecture firm MKSK, WSA led a community‑driven planning and design process that prioritized resident input. Through workshops, surveys, and online engagement, the team identified a strong desire for flexible gathering spaces rather than traditional athletic facilities.

The master plan organizes a network of distributed gathering areas across the site, anchored by a new multipurpose event center and supported by a park forestry office to serve long‑term stewardship needs. Existing sheep sheds are repurposed into smaller pavilions, maintaining the site’s character while expanding opportunities for community use.
