The project brings together office and warehouse functions under one roof while setting aside space for an additional tenant. A full interior renovation reworks the building to support day-to-day workflows, improve usability, and create a more cohesive environment for staff and visitors.
The workplace is organized around a mix of open office areas, private offices, conference rooms, and shared spaces. Final construction included integrated casework, lighting, and technology coordination, along with environmental graphics and signage that carry the Converse Electric identity throughout the space.
Environmental graphics play a central role in the project, using the materials and systems of Converse Electric’s trade to shape the identity of the space. Painted electrical conduit is used as both a graphic and architectural element, forming large-scale brand moments, adding texture to feature walls, and creating a consistent visual language throughout the office.
In training rooms and conference spaces, these elements become storytelling tools. Integrated displays, artifacts, and QR codes connect physical installations to digital content, sharing the company’s history, values, and work in a direct and accessible way
Attention to detail runs from large-scale planning to final installation. The project includes coordinated lighting systems, interior finishes, glass partitions, and workplace amenities like meeting rooms, coffee areas, and support spaces designed to keep the team connected and working efficiently.
