The design transforms the third floor into a light-filled workplace landscape where diverse work settings support varied collaboration and focused work modes. Spatial boundaries are softened to create visual connections fostering shared purpose across teams through designed transparency.  

Lower-level transformation creates dedicated zones for training and onboarding. Adaptable learning environments support structured training sessions and spontaneous knowledge sharing while a welcoming café functions as both dining space and an informal gathering area where relationships strengthen through daily interaction.  

New amenities elevate daily employee experience while demonstrating organizational investment in comfort and wellbeing. Environmental graphics throughout the space reinforce company values and create moments of delight, transforming necessary transitions into meaningful experiences through visual storytelling.  

The transformed space functions as a physical embodiment of New River Electricals' values and aspirations. Beyond functional improvements, the project demonstrates how design elevates human potential by creating environments that nurture wellbeing and connection through spatial experience.
