This project reconfigures Vium’s office to support a collaborative workplace culture while accommodating private offices and focused work environments. The existing space was selectively opened through light demolition, improving circulation and visual continuity across the floor plate.

Glass wall systems define offices and meeting rooms, preserving transparency while providing acoustic separation where needed. Open work areas are interwoven with informal collaboration spaces and shared break zones, allowing the workplace to support a range of work styles throughout the day.

Rather than separating collaboration and focus, the design integrates them, creating an environment that adapts to changing team needs while maintaining a cohesive spatial experience.
